Privacy Policy

Fablenight (“we,” “us”) is building a personalized bedtime-story product for children. Right now, this site's only function is a waitlist signup, so this policy is intentionally short — it covers exactly what we collect at this stage and nothing more.
Information we collect
Email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That's the only piece of information the form asks for.
Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data for every visit — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security and reliability purposes. We don't use cookies or trackers of our own on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address only to:
- Send you a one-time confirmation that you're on the waitlist.
- Email you when Fablenight is ready to open access to your family.
We won't send you marketing beyond that, sell your email address, or share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
We use two third-party service providers to run this site, and your email address passes through the first of them:
- Resend — stores your email address as a waitlist contact and delivers our emails. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Children's privacy
This waitlist is for parents and guardians — we only ask for your own email address, never any information about your child, at this stage. Fablenight is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until either Fablenight launches and you become a customer (at which point a separate policy will apply to your account), or you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your email address at any time by emailing info@fablenight.com. Every email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe directly.
Changes to this policy
As Fablenight moves from waitlist to product, this policy will grow to cover the data involved in actually generating stories, and we'll update the effective date above when it does.
